Movie: All About Steve

Synopsis: Mary (Sandra Bullock) has only one thing in her life – making crossword puzzles for the local paper. Thanks to this, she seems to be an unending fountain of trivia. She goes on a blind datge with Steve (Bradley Cooper) a CNN-type photographer for a Hartman (Thomas Haden Church) – a CNN-type reporter. Mary becomes smitten with Steve and starts following him from disaster to disaster (ones that he is reporting on). Unfortunately, Steve is not as enamored with Mary as she is with him.
My two cents: A really funny movie. Sandra Bullock is great, Bradley Cooper is good and Thomas Haden Church is great. A lot of fun is made of cable network news. Sandra Bullock’s character could easily have been just an annoying weirdo – but Sandra Bullock makes her cute and endearing.
